Once the Millennium Hotel, it has been magically made over into The Biltmore.  It sets new standards in luxury; new owners are upmarket marque LXR, billed as the ‘one-of-a-kind’ wing of the Hilton empire. Behind the food offering is prolific restaurateur Jason Atherton and ex-City Social chef Paul Walsh. Atherton is everywhere in London, and he’s in Shanghai, Dubai, Doha, New York, Cebu and St Moritz, too; doing everything all of the time, excelling at innovative, dramatic cocktails and luxury dining that doesn’t befuddle.
