The Avenue Cookery School with Diana Horsford

Club Event: Cooking up a Storm – Tuesday 15th March

Cooking up a Storm at London’s friendliest cookery school

London’s friendliest cookery school. The Avenue Cookery School in Putney, caters for every level of experience. Dynamic owner and chef Diana Horsford is an entertaining teacher who will initiate us into the delights of seasonal International cuisine. After a fun demonstration on knife skills, we will learn how to prepare (and eat!) a range of modern dishes while also discovering a variety of wines all enthusiastically introduced by none other than charismatic ex Christie’s Head of Wine,  Christopher Burr MW who is one of the founders of wotwine the effortless app that us wine cheats use to find the best value wine.  With such great talents catering to our education and pleasure we are guaranteed a superb evening. This mouth-watering event will focus on Winter specialities.

Bon Appetit!
