L’art at L’Escargot – Tuesday 2nd November

Tuesday 2nd November

L’Escargot | 48 Greek Street | Soho | W1D 4EF

The art season in London kicks off again this quarter and gets international traction during the week of Frieze in October – a week in which the whole of the kooky-collective of the contemporary art world descends on London.

You will be well in the mood for art by November when we host our arty party at Soho Institution L’escargot.

L’Escargot is London’s oldest French restaurant and is also one of the city’s oldest restaurants. On Greek Street in the heart of Soho, the building, which dates from 1741, was previously the private residence of the Duke of Portland.

L’Escargot’s elegant Georgian Townhouse is the perfect back drop for visiting artist Henrietta Sophia Wallace.  From the artist “I paint emotion and dreams. I look at life around me and try to capture its very essence. I want to share my work and I invite you to participate in my journey”

Come and meet Henrietta Sophia and mingle with beautiful people in elegant, seeped-in-history-space and enjoy a fantastic evening of great conversation and contemporary art.
